“The team is ready with all personnel for any increase in the daily infection rate and professionally handle the pressure resulting from this especially in the quarantine and treatment centres,” Dr. Walid Al Manae, the undersecretary of the Health Ministry and a member of the team, said.

Today, the Health Ministry urged members of the public not to visit health centres unless it is necessary and to depend on electronic reservation system to get an appointment for a medical visit instead of showing up in person.

The ministry also advised people to make use of the distance-medication service to obtain medical consultations via the video or phone.
