COVID-19: Saudi Arabia resumes entertainment activities

Cairo: Saudi Arabia has announced resuming entertainment activities, which were previously halted as part of measures to limit the spread of COVID-19.

The state General Entertainment Authority said the events will resume according to certain health rules, limiting attendance to “immunised” people as shown through the health app Tawakkalna.

Attendance of outdoor events must not exceed 40 per cent of the usual capacity with an adequate number of organisers to be posted at gates, according to the authority.
