Jerry Lawler Signs New Two-Year WWE Contract; Set For Royal Rumble Commentary Return

WWE Hall Of Famer, Jerry Lawler has revealed that he signed a brand new contract with WWE, whilst also stating he is set for a return to commentary.

The King revealed the news on the latest episode of Dinner With The King, as Lawler revealed he signed a two-year deal with the company, keeping him with WWE until 2021.

Lawler stated his contract was set to expire on January 10th, and after he informed Kevin Dunn about that, the company sent him a brand new offer which included a raise for the commentator.

Lawler has mainly been used on WWE PPV Kick-Off shows in recent years, but he did also announce that he will be returning to the commentary table at the WWE Royal Rumble PPV to commentate on the men’s Royal Rumble match.

Lawler stated that he would be commentating alongside the voice of WWE, Michael Cole, and a returning JBL.
