SPOILERS: WWE Star Crashes NXT UK Tapings, Forms New Faction
The following report contains MAJOR SPOILERS from today’s NXT UK television taping event in Glasgow, Scotland.

At Friday’s event in Glasgow, WALTER retained his title in a huge rematch against former champion Pete Dunne, but the “Bruiserweight’ came up short after interference from NXT Superstars Marcel Bartel and Fabian Aichner. The trio posed together to end the tapings, revealing their new faction name to be The Imperium.
At Saturday’s event, things got even more interested during a six-man tag team match between The Imperium and British Strong Style — the collective of Dunne, Tyler Bate and Trent Seven. WALTER’s new army overcame the UK stars after they were joined by yet another familiar face — former Sanity member Alexander Wolfe!
It was rumored that Wolfe might be on his way out of the company, after Sanity was disbanded during the Superstar Shake-Up and he was left without a brand. He then issued a “goodbye” statement to the WWE roster and fans, furthering the speculation.
This new super group seems to be a reformation of the European faction Ringkampf, which actually started as a clothing line by WALTER, Marcel Bartel (then known as Axel Dieter Jr.) and Fabian Aichner (then known as Axel Tischer). It later spawned into an actual wrestling faction that included Timothy Thatcher, once AIchner had signed with WWE NXT.
